I know I read it from somewhere, I found it as a signature on a forum and I think Batman said it but I'm not sure. Do you know who said it? And if it was Batman could you name the comic?

you are right i think its Batman, Year One a comic book written by Frank Miller, illustrated by David Mazzucchelli, colored by Richmond Lewis, and lettered by Todd Klein. It originally appeared in issues #404 to #407 of DC Comics' Batman comic title in 1987
