I haven't seen too many people that actually obey the speed limits anyway.

Yes, I live to see a 'No limit' sign .... but only after the laws change for DUI's....wherein you lose your license for life and if you're caught driving afterwards, it's a mandatory 5 years in jail (house arrest) and 20 if caught driving drnk w/o a license.
