Have you paid your personal debts?

We all owe personal debts. These debts have nothing to do with finances. They have to do with people. We all have people in our life that we need to forgive or seek forgiveness from. If we don't do this, we will remain in debt to them. What have you done to clear up your outstanding personal debts? Have names of people you are in debt to came to mind right now after reading this question? What are you going to do to pay the debt you owe them?

Yes, except for one person. My ex love of my life or so I thought he was. After an on again, off again 10-year relationship he hit me one too many times and I pressed charges, then he disappeared.

I moved to another state and a year later he finds me and calls to tell me he is happily married which I replied "If you are so happy, why are you calling me?". Anyway, I haven't seen or spoken to him (don't know where he is) in 8 years but I have dreams about him constantly. I am over the relationship finally but I wish I could have closed things properly as I don't like unfinished business.

This is one reason I make sure things are right between me and family, friends and ex's, as the unknown, guilt, frustration, feelings of betrayal will eat you up and destroy you.
