Who knows who she really is. She could've been the one to sabotage the Newman jet and that's really why she's been in the wilderness with Nick this whole time.
BTW, I'd be scared to get in that Newman elevator. It's always getting stuck and if you took one of those forensics lights in there you'd see bodily secretions all over the place.
