I see it a lot in Las Vegas, no matter how tall the building is (including the Stratoshpere) there is NEVER a 13th floor? Why is that?

Good ?, never noticed that before.
Probably cause 13 is not a lucky number (superstition wise), so hotels don't add a 13th floor for that reason, + not many people would stay on that floor either cause of the unlucky superstition reason.
But my mom though thinks Friday 13th is lucky to her, cause she was born born on a Friday-13th of October.
