on episode 26....at the end it said "see you again"
did they plan on making another out law star series?
I really like this show.
or did they already? like an ova for it or did they like already make another series and i just don't know. how many series, volumes, seasons,does it have

Outlaw Star is one of my favorite animes too but unfortunately, they did not make (nor do they plan to make) any more episodes. There are no more past episode 26. There are no movies or OVA either (sad, really).
You should check out the anime ANGEL LINKS. It's set in the same universe (although chronologically, a little before the events in Outlaw Star). Some characters cross over and have cameos (like Fred Luo's quick cameo), but other than that, Outlaw Star is done unfortunately.
