im in CA its 4 am and I got insomnia and can't sleep!

Me tooo im here in Cali ... can't sleep i being like this for the past month that i started being members to yahoo answers... I also work sometimes graveyard soo i am awake at work... and then the next night i am here answering questions... imsomnia sucks... i think i have that... my mom thinks i am worrying too much that is why i cant sleep... i dont know... i probably check some doctor soon... you should try to get cheked too because sleeping at night is really important!!... :) I hope you get some sleep!!...
