That statement must be from one with no self control. I take swift and decisive action where if I wasn't angry I would probably have let something slip that should have been taken care of.
Anger is not bad. The way some people deal with it is.
So no, I don't practice this. Anger never gets bottled up inside me and I'm pretty unstressed most of the time.
