Does anyone know what this movie is called?

It's about a teacher who takes a teaching job in a bad section of town. The kids don't like him, but he earns their respect by making learning fun by drinking a chocolate milk for every ten minutes they're quiet and he also makes up a president rap to help them learn the names of the presidents. In the end the entire class scores higher on the SAT's than any other class and one girl gets perfect marks in math and science. Anyone know the name?

It was a ghetto neigborhood and one of his students is a boy who gets beat up by his foster dad, so he doesn't get to go to a broadway play that the teacher gave tickets to all his students to go to. The boy is also an artist and made a giant mural on his wall of him with a hoodie on holding a mask. Another kid takes credit for his work, but when the teacher goes to look for the boy he sees the mural and knows that it's not the other boy who is the artist.

YES! THAT'S IT! It's the Ron Clark story! Excellent movie by the way. We saw it on tv and have been trying to figure out what it was for forever! Thanks everyone!!!!
