A guy keeps getting visited by mobster types trying to steal a package a "friend" had him hold on to. He gets tied to a chair, and some guy breaks out an electric saw and a blowtorch to cautorize the wounds to keep him alive so he will talk. A female mobster lady walks in, shoots him and has sex with him in the chair while he is tied up, and the guy is mad because he is married.
