Normal water OR slippery water (when you take a shower)?!

Normal water OR slippery water (when you take a shower)?
when you use the bathroom water, some houses have soapy, slippery water, while others have the "normal" water.
i heard the slippery water is good for your skin but it doesn't feel good when i try to rub my skin, when taking a shower. so i prefer the normal water.
