Does anyone remember the group? They did club/dance music back in the 90s and were cool.

I remember a song called Groove is in the Heart. It was by Dee-Lite and it is the only one I know from them but I thought it was a cool song and I like Bootsy. My friend and I were the only ones who cared for the song though.
