Im 13 and at my school, they have this foreign exchange program where i can select a country i want a kid from and then someone will come over to stay for the whole summer. Do you think that is a good idea or bad...? Why? Thanks. I think it would be fun to learn different cultures but if she/he is arrogant not so good lol

the reason i ask is my friend had a girl form ireland and she was mean, arrogant, and never was appreciative.

well, it'll be good because:
you'll learn about her culture, it'll look good on college applications and resumes for jobs and stuff like that, she may be nice and you guys could become great friends, and it might be fun teaching her about american life. not to be rude, but i think you might want to choose the country wisely, cause sometimes people from certain countries can be a handful or rude/mean etc. but i think it'll be a great experience so if you want to go for it! <33
