I am. How do I enjoy my life and stop thinking about it's insignificance, and about how my happiness will die with me?

Please no afterlife theories...They're just not believable to me, sorry. I want a way to continue to believe what I think is the truth, that there is no afterlife, without it causing so much grief.

I don't want to believe in heaven because I want to believe in what I think is the truth. There is absolutely no evidence to support the existence of a heaven. And I'm not the kind of person that could make lasting differences in everyone's lives. I'm not a genius, I'm not really good at doing things that could live after me.

I'm not scared of it but I just don't want it to happen yet. Many people also believe their is life after death. All living things may die and spirits' may also die, but we have no proof. But life is fun, right?-so why don't you just forget about that and have a good time. We have NO proof after death, so basically everyone is in the same boat.
