Pennywise would not have much power over pinhead because he hasn't built fear in him since childhood. Assuming he could some how bring up pinheads past, Pw would probably try to bring up images of his former life to give pinhead an awkward flashback or memory of some kind. Drawn by the rouse, Pin would succumb to a physical attack from PW. Probably some type of manifestation of the Super Cenobite. In glory, PW would observe the dead or dying body of Pin without realizing that it itself is Pin's attack. Pin would encase PW in a horrible nightmare, void of his powers PW would feel starvation as Pin teases him with never ending souls that he can no longer devour. At the peak of PW's pain, pin would delve deep into PW's mind looking for his lust to molest. In the end, hunger would be PW's downfall as Pinhead stratagy is to lay in wait for souls to torment, time becomes Pinheads greatest weapon.
