How long do suspensions last? Is the person reinstated at the same level they had at the time of suspension? Please don't tell me to read the rules because I'm way too busy reading important stuff.
Answers:
By "suspension" they mean "bye-bye". Your account (including email) is cancelled and you have to start all over again.
