Does anyone have a good execise/stretch plan for everyday?!

Question:

Does anyone have a good execise/stretch plan for everyday?

I would like a simple exercise/stretch plan for more flexibility and endurance.... I am afraid that my endurance has gotten worse over the summer, and soccer is very soon, and my flexibility is not very good from the start......ANYTHING that stretches the shoulders is much appreciated, I have super tight shoulders, which prevent me from doing backhandsprings and such.....

On a completely different side note, has anyone been to/ heard of 'Touch of Nature' (place)? If so, please give me all info you have about it.

And don't worry, I will definitely pick a best answer ;)

Answers:

Hold all stretches for AT LEAST 30 seconds. I recommend more.
Shoulders: put your hand in the middle of your back and pull on your elbow. Switch. put your arm across your body and hold with the inside of your elbow on the opposite arm. the farther down you hold, the more stretch you get. Swing your arms from side to side, twisting your body. Give yourself a "hug" and switch arms every time. Arm circles, rolling your shoulders, etc.
Endurance: Take a run or walk in the morning every day. do jumping jacks. Lots.
Flexibility: do a runners lunge, sinking down as far as you can go while keeping your knee level with your foot and your back knee off the ground. Keep a hand on either side of your front knee. From this position, straighten both legs and press your back heel to the ground. Keep your hands on the floor. Next, both legs. Really sink into this one. Keep your knee level and toes pointed. When you feel comfortable, balance with your hands up and back straight. If you can do this, you can arch back. Straighten your front leg and lean into your back. Slide into splits.
hyper splits: to work on your splits, put your foot on an elevated place, and do your splits. The better you get, the higher you can go. DO NOT HURT YOURSELF!!!! ALWAYS REMEMBER SAFETY FIRST!
I just gave you VERY basic split stretches and shoulder stretches. there is soooo much more! Anyway, hope I helped, and you can email me for more stuffs.
