Do you think Britney's mother is 100% to blame for all her troubles like Britney does?

I think Britney is worthless now. She had so much potential when she first started out. She was an idol for so many little girls. Then she went S L U T. Her fame & fortune went to her head & she ended up trashed. She took some real bad advice from someone. I'm sure her mother encouraged her to got out drinking & carousing, doing drugs & sleeping around. I'm sure her mother poured the booze down the throat, etc. She is certainly old enough to take responsibility for her own actions.

However, I do blame her mother for some of it & agree with a program I just watched on celebrity mothers & how they encourage their daughters to act & look sexy at a young age because that is what the public wants it seems. Things just snowball from there. Not all end up like Britney of course even if they do star in movies with more adult themes. I think Britney's mother lost control of her a long time ago & didn't fight hard enough to get her back. What do you think?

I agree with you to a certain extent, yes. Her mom is to blame for some of it, pushing Brit when she was too young to handle the fame and fortune, for example. But Brit is now what - 26 years old or so (I think) and now it is time to take responsibility for her OWN actions. She had K-feds kids, she married him, I think against her mom's wishes, she chose to hang out with Paris, Lindsey and the like, and now it is time for Brit to clean up her own act, and not blame others. Those were the choices she herself made; they were not made for her.
