Is this a real song? (love round?)?

There's a song that goes:

It's sung in a round and we sing it at church sometimes but i don't know the real title.

I think it's simply titled: Love the Lord Your God. It seems that there are variations to the song, but these were the lyrics that seemed to go with your version.
