Answers: well thats a though one but i would say the best in itachi and kisame we all saw what there abilities are at 30% chakra they were monsters just imagine how strong they would be at 100% chakra hidan and kakuzu those guys are funny and their always clowning each other lol i love those guys deidara and tobi .... :D they are the funniest ones :D kisame and itachi for two reasons one cuz kisames my favorite akatsuki member and the 2 have an understanding they know who's going to fight who before the fight takes place and they fight one on one
