Answers: i have ever seen it in one of my handphone's themes... but i don't really remember which one... but if i am not wrong his name has something to do with onion...
hope this can help you NO, but he is cute, in a random sort of way I do believe that it is not a cartoon cat but a comic book cat (thats all I know hope it helps) sorry, I only know of felix the cat and silvester... I don't recognize this one, but I'd like to suggest you try going to toonopedia; it is much better for our purposes than wiki, and they have thousands of toons in their listings, Go through them and you will eventually find it.
