He nearly died after his fight with Kidomaru from the Sound Five, but the Konoha medical ninja managed to heal him, so he's fine. And he's really strong, so yeah.
By the way, I love Neji too! He's one of my favourite characters! I love his long hair and his unusual eyes and the sexy way in which he says "Byakugan!" and his awesome talent and his willingness to forgive the Hyuuga main family. And Neji is sooooo HOT! :) Hehe. Don't worry, he hasn't died yet. I don't think he will, all the good characters we think die haven't, so Neji probably won't.
