**Lol, I hope that was enough... Samurai Champloo, Guyver, Scrapped Princess, Outlaw Star, and Banner/Crest of the Stars are really decent. 'Neon Genesis Evangelion' is one of most popular Anime series worth watching. Among the unappreciated is 'The Big O', 'Eureka 7' and 'Deathnote'. Somewhere in the mix as a guilty pleasure is 'Digimon', 'Case Closed', and '.hack//Sign'. The list is loooooooong of what is worth watching. Also be sure to check out Paprika.
