I say hes about as Powerful as Ssj3 Goku.

Answers: i think your right but some people say brolly isnt stronger than ssj2 which is way wrong brolly can even become stronger than ssj4 if given enough time theres no limit to broly's power he will just keep on getting stronger but i think just starting off as a legendary super saiyan he is as strong as a ssj3 1. yes he is about as powerful as goku
2. you are thinking that ssj3 goku is the most powerful but, it is actually mystic gohan I just think he psychotic ,to the point where even though he's not as strong he's relentless, also I just thought he's immune to energy blasts, cause they don't seem to hurt him as much as regular hits
