Only one is on Veoh, none on Youtube, so please don't suggest either.
Oh, and tv-links.co.uk doesn't seem to work for me, so that's a no go too.
Answers: It's been licensed in the U.S., so you can order it off amazon. Most places won't have it for download anymore, for that reason, and that's why it isn't on youtube. I'm sure that's not the answer you were hoping for, sorry.
Have you read the manga? I strongly suggest you do before you watch the anime-because I watched the anime first and it made no sense. The manga helps, although I thought it needed a more satisfying ending.
