I'm looking for a membership site where for a one-time cost I can access all (or most) of the latest japanese anime videos. I feel this is a better option than buying every time something new pops into the anime movie, music or even ringtone scene. Open to all ideas.

It's a membership site where you can download anime movies, wallpapers, ringtones and other things for a single-time cost of around $29. Note that it's a one-time cost for lifetime membership, NOT a monthly fee.
They also update their library quite frequently so I guess this is what you're looking for. i got all my stuff from these sites some you just have to register for and make posts im sure you can probably find more then this cuz you are willing to pay
