Answers: ok you didnt watch the whole episode. Hinata and Neji are cousins with Hinata on a higher branch of the clan and Neji on one of the branch familys. Neji's father was killed to protect the clan and hated the Main clan since then. untill the third exam when he learns the truth. but i aint telling cuz there all related n what not u cant tell by the eyes?

first i thought they were blowin eachother but its better with them bein related cuz hinata needs to be blowin naruto and vice versa

Hiashi has a twin brother, Hizashi, who is Neji's father. They are first cousins.
