Answers: Naruto has not had a chance to take the chunnin exams again. He had just returned to the village after a two and a half years when Tsunade tested him with Sakura against Kakashi. After that Gaara had been kidnapped and Temari took off to help. Since Shikamaru and Temari were running the exams everything was put on hold. So as of right now Naruto is the only one of his classmates that is still a Gennin. he doesn't go to the chunin exams ever again. there is no second time There never was and there will possibly never be a second time that he takes the chuunin exams. He is way past chuunin level any way. I hope this helps There isnt an episode like that yet.
Naruto is above chunin level, even Kakashi admits that Naruto is stronger than him.
