Answers: Well he doesn't use sharingan thats for sure. He uses rin'negan. I think his eyes are red or orangish-red, or grey. Back to rin'negan it is a very powerful, although we haven't see what it can do yet, eye kekkai genkai, it looks like a spiral in the eye. We see Nagato of the rain village use it so its possible that he is pein. i think it's red or orange it's grey, and he isn't another sharingan user. he is a

this was revealed in the latest chapter of the manga (373) Actually, uh... I haven't seen any official artwork yet sorry ^^' but my hunch is that it's gonna be orangey reddish or something :)
