Shin-chan is a five-year-old boy, and is prone to misbehaving by means such as dropping his pants and doing an "*** dance." The show has been compared to the Simpsons here in the U.S., and while certain elements of that comparison, such as the likeness of the two characters, Bart and Shin, are somewhat incorrect, I believe the themes of the two shows are enough alike to make that a valid statement.
