Answers: His name is Sai.
His real name is actually unknown (or none, since it was said that he had no real name). He's a member of ANBU's Root, a division lead by a military-minded leader Danzou. Sai was a replacement for Sasuke in Team 7, but he's not like Sasuke at all.
His attitudes annoy Naruto and Sakura very much; he was sharp-tongued, and likes to insult people. Since he had no emotions, he smiles all the time, even when he was punched by Sakura. But actually, he hid his emotions somewhere in his heart; and Naruto managed to open his heart once again.
His hobby is drawing; and most of his ninjutsu are based on the drawing. He also had problems to socialize, but he tried to adapt in Naruto and co's environment. There's still more, but I think that's all for now. :)
He appeared in the manga when Naruto was searching for a new teammate before meeting Orochimaru (I forgot the chapter), and will appear soon in the anime.... maybe in 2 or 3 next episodes. sai, sasuke's replacement on team kakashi. Sai. I'm sorry I don't have an answer but honestly I've always wondered this myself Sai, future char in Shippuden. He will appear not long afterward. his name is Sai he toke the place of Sasuke so theres a three man team it's sai, sasuke's replacement

i really dont know any more than that His name is Sai. He's sooooo smexy, but he's also such a pervert! To be honest, I don't know. The people above say it's Sai. Who's Sai? I haven't missed any Naruto episodes and I'm on episode 109, I think. and that's probably in episdoe 190 or something. Thats Sai who was an Anbu but became a part of naruto's team to replace sasuke. He's from Shippuuden. his name is sai...he's a new teammate...he's originally from ROOTS...an organization in which they are taught from young to not have emotions and fight only to accomplish the mission...he replace's sasuke in shippuden and becomes part of the new team with yamato while kakashi is absent taking over asuma's team after he dies....he doesnt have much emotions and sai is a name given to him by danzou so his true name isnt known...he a talented artist but never gives his painting a name because of his lack of emotions...he is a skilled ninja able to use his art as a weapon...here's his bio in wikipedia...
