Ecchi Shoujo?

Dunno about any of those...

But "High School Girls" AKA "Girl's High" is ecchi, pretty funny, and deals with the usual events that high school girls go through. Only 13 episodes, but it was still a good watch on a boring weekend.
Not considered shoujo.

Ikki Tousen is very ecchi, but storyline is very mediocre.
Not shoujo.

Kyo no Gononi is ecchi and hilarious, but not shoujo.
