Answers: i love it when an anime has a funny opening (even if its not a comedy) that gets your attention., What are some good ones

Azumanga Daioh for being so completely random and hilarious

and Rurouni Kenshin for having the happiest song ever over top of scenes of him fighting swordsmen

agreed Azumanga Daioh opening is completly RANDOM!!! it has to be the best random one out there! but another good one is *drum roll please* FULL MOON every on is dancing and then she has an umbrella the they are on shooting stars and it ends with a neon heart! another on i like is LUCKY STAR that one is completly random but not really something that catches you attention....... sorry for writting so much i tend to never shut up

well its not the opening but in the first ep of ranma if u dont know about the series it was very funny to see a panda beat up a small girl.haha

I agree with Rurouni Kenshin and I think Yu Yu Hakusho has some funny openings. ^_^

I think the Voltes V opening scene is the best because even if its a really old anime(around 20 years ago), i still remember the opening song. I guess its one of the first animes I liked.
