and inorder to performe the jutsu u need a sacrifice and he was the sacrifice...therefore he is dead...the leader of the akatsuki we found out is pein...however his real name is negato while the fourth's name is minato namikaze...negato,konan and yahiko were old students of jiraiya from when he was returning from the war in the rain village...he doesnt use his real body which is the reason my so many ppl thought he was the 4th...his previous body looks alot more like yahiko then it does the fourth...but it isnt clear if its yahiko's body or not...
