I'm going to go out on a limb and say that's because that's such an old show no one would even recognize the character. Companies only make merchandise they're sure will sell. Making things with the sidekick of a 40-year-old Hanna Barbera character on it would be a waste of money; even the people who'd know that character probably wouldn't buy something with him on it.
