Well it depends on the tax. Here in PA we have a 6% sales tax. So I'm gonna go with that. Each scroll is 17.50. So double that. That brings you to 35.00. At the 6% sales tax of 2.10. That would give you a total of 37.10. So you would only be able to buy two.

Depends on the tax rate. As long as the tax rate is at or below 20% (and it should be) you should be able to buy two. However, if there is a charge for shipping you'll probably only be able to buy one.
