ok... ive seen this pic EVERYWHERE but i have no clue where theyre from! i know that they are characters from some yaoi... but which one?

could you possibly tell me where they are from, the artist (if you can) or even the group who scans it? and their names? (if you can...) ^^

Yep most certainly it is CLAMP artwork (like souper said) and I also reckon it's gotta be 'X' - because I know all the other CLAMP manga fairly well.

CLAMP never really has blatant yaoi - but it always has soft sub-text yaoi in their plots. However their artwork tends towards blatant outright yoai (just look at Legal Drug! ^_^)

I tried a little more digging (aka: I logged into Google images and did a search for CLAMP + yaoi lol)

Its definitely a CLAMP manga, thats for sure.

Maybe X or X/1999 (I don't read CLAMP so I'm ball-aprking these titles).

And actually I don't think t's a yaoi manga, I think it's just a sort of fanservice drawing.
Or maybe they are very subtle hints of yaoi in it, like in their manga Legal Drug.

its definitely kamui (the feminine looking one) and fuuma (the one with the ribbon in his mouth) from x/1999 a series which was made by clamp.

It is Kamui and Fuuma from "X", by CLAMP. The manga and anime have been released in the US, but unfortunately the manga has been on hiatus for several years and has never been finished. The anime is finished, with a different ending. While there are many pictures like this, in the story there is no such relationship between the two characters.
