well they kissed each other both at gundam seed and gundam seed destiny.....

if i'm not mistaken the episode where they kiss in destiny is episode 11.
thats the time when athrun is leaving the orb to make an arrangement with plant....
before that athrun gave cagalli a ring then they kiss...
