nana is for a more mature audience but its amazing(not fuzzy)
aishiteruze baby is cute
skip beat is ok too
then theres the old Fruitbasket, i dunno if u have seen it yet
i dont think its the best though

the magazine shojo beat definitely has a lot of shojo(thats probably a duh sry ^_^)

Try Sailor Moon. This is a series I'm familiar with. Its about 5 girls who fight evil in little sailor outfits and the main character falls for another crime fighter that calls himself Tuxeido Mask. You could also try Ranma 1/2 it's about a boy who turns into a girl when someone pours water on him. His grandfather turns into a Panda. Ranma starts falling for a girl that has taken him and his grandfather in.

Howl's Moving Castle is a movie and it is a really good love story. It is directed by Hayao Miyazaki, he's done other movies like Spirited Away and Kiki's Delivery Service.
