Hey I think the song you're talking about is probably part of the original soundtrack (OST) for Naruto Shippuuden.

However, the OST for Naruto Shippuuden has not been released yet (as in in CD form). So we won't know the title of the song you're talking about.

I think the OST for Naruto Shippuuden might be released sometime next year but I'm not sure. Cos for the original Naruto anime series, which started in 2002, the 1st OST was released a year later in 2003. And so since Naruto Shippuuden started airing in Japan on 15th February 2007, its OST might come out next year in 2008.
