megavideo.com - they have all of the dubbed episodes and movies but im not sure if they have it subbed - hope this helped!!

Sorry, but veoh is the only place where you can watch the series for free (either dubbed or subbed). I personally watch anime at a site where you have to pay because I do not want to be at the mercy of hoping someone has the anime I want to watch posted on veoh and also the quality is decent.
