There isn't any offical news of a second season at the moment, and it's unlikely that there would be a news of one, if there will be it probably won't be until the manga has gotten far enough ahead that there will be one, or when the manga ends. The manga isn't far ahead enough of where the anime left off at that there is enough material for another season.

FUNimation licensed the Ouran High School Host Club anime. It'll be scheduled for 2008 :

The dub might bring new fans. Ouran High School Host Club is pretty popular, so maybe there will be more of the anime in a few years or so, since one chapter of the manga is out monthly and the anime covered the first 8 or 9 volumes of the manga.
