The name of the cartoon is "The Rabbit of Seville" and the music is from the opera, "The Barber of Seville" by Rossini.

that song was from the play, "The Barber of Seville" (i think its spelled like that) and probably has the same name, being popular among classical music. you may want to try searching for the song, "The Barber of Seville" and see what comes up. there where multiple songs, but that is the most famous.
