ummm...not really...he and her would look okay together but only maybe in appearance since they have similar features...but in reality he's was in his thirties if not older...he looked like he was maybe 18 for the fact that he created that puppet body when he was that age...he may look young but he's even older than kakashi XD....lol...i mean he would even call her 'child','little girl, and 'brat' meaning he only saw her as far below his age level....i mean i know what you are saying...its kinda like how some may pair sasuke with hinata....they look alike in some ways but in the end its not only impossible but it would also never work out...i mean sasori and sakura mental points are completely different...she would never except him and neither would he except her...not to mention he's dead lol....she and sasuke still have their relationship and i would doubt in the most extreme manners that she would leave sasuke...and i doubt sasuke would even let her be with sasori xD...so in the end...would they ever work out as a couple?...absolutely not....would they look good together(in appearence)....in a way maybe...but nothing more...

Well, considering their brief encounter was spent tryting to kill each other then NO. Considering that Sasori is not really human then NO. Considering I like Kakashi better than Sasori then NO. LOL. Sorry! ^_^
it doesn't really matter because sasori is dead. it's past time to ask if they look good together cause i don't think that sakura would want to date a dead puppet/human corpse. that would be a little creepy if she did! but hey who am i to judge?
