it gets annoying sometimes, because if you watch shows from china, the pictures REALLY suck and the plots are bad too. trust me, i've seen them before. but anime is pretty popular in china.

No not really, when you stop to think that the term "anime" refers to a style and not necessarily "Japanese animation" anymore. Korea and China both produce animations in the same likeness and are often called "anime" by those of us that assume it came from Japan. Besides that Korea is (I believe) the worlds to exporter of animation. For example, The Simpsons are animated in Korea.
