Is sasuke stronger than itachi?!

Question: i mean even orochimaru said that hes stronger than he is so would sasuke be able to kill itachi with orochimarus powers added?

I hate to say it, but i think that Sasuke will come to surpass his older brother. It's just because he has Orochimaru's powers now, and Itachi is going blind because he uses his sharingan too much.
