I don't have ONE favorite. I really like Zach Galifianakis, Brian Posehn, Patton Oswalt. David Cross is good. Sarah Silverman has kind of been growing on me lately. Some of Maria Bamfords stuff is good.
I like watching old (not present!) Emo Philips bits when I get tired of new stuff.
