Go to this site and choose " People " and look under "Hands / Feet". This works for anime / manga because they are usually drawn realistic. It has an " Anime / Manga " section , but it tells you to go to the people section for the body.

Practice by looking at your own while you're drawing. There are books that specialize in body parts, too.
