I did like it, but it was sort of gay every one crying. What happened to like in spidey 2, everyone is a hero, and is spidey one great power comes great responsibility. This normally happens when you change the director and the writers, the first two movies were brilliant, now comes the third and its sucks, no one of real importance goes out in a blaze of glory, spidey does not kill any one even though he almost did while he had on the black suit. It felt more, like a big fist fight, with a lot of emotional, crying sessions. I think they dropped the ball.

it is not that i did not like it, it's just that I don't think it was a good as part 2. Doc Oc was awesome and in the end he got the girl plus the homage to the evil dead was neat-o
it was ok, not as good as the first or second. I think i had my hopes really high for this one, and they just had to much stuff going on in a little time, Sandman, Venom, Harry Osborne, Mary Jane, and Gwen Stacy, and they never really did anything interesting with any of them. I thought it could have been alot better.
