That depends...on a lot. If the amount of rounds don't matter definitely Goku. Everyone here forgot the most important part. When Goku's beaten, as a saiyajin, he literally becomes stronger gaged on the amount of a beating he took. In other words, even IF Superman was winning, Goku would eventually be beyond Superman's level.
Not that I don't feel Superman's a Gary Stu, but Goku's UBER Gary Stu like that.
I would have to place my bets on superman
this is too easy but one can argues at what level is goku fighting superman. I believe that any goku under a super saiyan would probably lose. As soon as he gets that gold hair superman is done.
Superman of course. He has an almost limitless amount of power. If you would remove all of his morals he would never be stopped. Goku is good, but not that good. Superman holds back on every fight, except for when he fights Darkside.

Goku for sure, he can destroy a whole planet very easily. For superman to destroy a planet, he would have to use meteors or sth to detroy it, but cannot do it by himself. Maybe if superman has a long training sesion woth Kamisama or Kaiosama, he might become much more powerfull :).

Basically that's the difference between them, Goku seems more determent to be better, Superman kinda believes he's the only "superman"......besides, saiyan is a fighting race, kriptonian................what are they?, farmers?

Superman. He's way too fast to even give Goku time (like 5-6 episodes) to make an attack.
O course goku. superman's a chicken weakling like raditz. with powerlevel 1000. he cant even sense powers with no idea abt martial arts . All he dos best is wearing his underwear over his trousers. Even krillin is not reqd. Mr Satan or even master roshi can handle him .
